Terms and Conditions

1. Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all B2B wholesale, OEM, and custom orders between the buyer and our company. All orders are accepted only on these terms. We do not accept retail orders.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders are considered final only after written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
- 100% full payment is required before production starts.
- The order will not be processed until full payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable once production begins.
4. Samples & Approval
Buyers must confirm samples in writing before mass production.
We will produce goods according to the approved samples. Any later changes may lead to extra cost and delay.
5. Production & Lead Time
Lead times are estimated and not guaranteed unless stated in writing.
Delays caused by buyer’s late confirmation or material supply are not our responsibility.
6. Quality & Inspection
Quality is checked based on approved samples and industry standards.
Buyers may inspect goods before shipment; after shipment, claims are limited to manufacturing defects only (as stated in our Refund & Return Policy).
7. Intellectual Property
Buyers are fully responsible for any logos, trademarks, patterns, or designs provided to us.
We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement claims from third parties.
8. Order Cancellation & Changes
- Changes or cancellations are only allowed before production starts.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
- Deposit will be forfeited if the buyer cancels without valid reason.
9. Shipping & Risk
Shipping dates are estimates.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are delivered to the shipping carrier.
10. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the total value of the order.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
11. Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation.
12. Final Agreement
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
